A classic case of true innovation.
In the cases of transfer printing solutions the trick is to print in a
production stage as late as possible. Here the solution to the problem was
exactly the opposite. The normal production method is to deform the metal first
and then to print the selected pattern on it. Simlogic developed a production
process that is now specifally applied for bicycle bells.
This new production process makes it possible to assemble the bell directly
after stamping. This is possible because of the use of decorated aluminium
strip. The print on the strip stays in shape and or reached the correct pattern
after deformation and most important, the print is still intact.
A unique idea that might be the solution you are looking for.
